Leaving the move itself to professionals was expensive, so I asked a friend of mine with a truck and had him transport it all. Between travel costs and thank-you money, I managed at about half the price.
Anyone moving in the spring, be sure to set up so you can bring out your futon right away at your moving destination! :-)
