Suzutsuki is told that she has a sister among other Kanmusus in the front line, and they are walking into the enemy's trap.
Thus, Teitoku gives her the order to deliver a message, calling off tomorrow morning’s attack.
If Suzutsuki fails, there would be a massacre.
“If you don’t get there in time, we will lose 16 hundred Kanmusus, good luck.”
Turn the clock back to the beginning of the conflict, to understand the only way to end the war, is to be the last one standing.
In the intense bombing shower, Suzutsuki looks upon the sky and feels like the goal is just as high as it.

For the record, the kanmusus are the warships that originate from WW2, not WW1.
But if in the case of where the time-traveling is possible, such an event could be possible as well.

Today (March 4th) is Suzutsuki's launching day, some people mark this day as her birthday.
So allow me to say this:
"Happy birthday, Suzutsuki."
