How dare you wriggle your tongue before me!?
This is an older meme which was repurposed as part of the Kris Wu noodle rap trend, having originally come from China Central TV's 1994 series Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
This line was used by the Grand Chancellor of Shu, Zhuge Liang. Before a battle with the rival Wei army, Zhuge Liang and Wei's Minister of Masses, Wang Lang, engaged in a fierce war of words. Zhuge denounced Wang's surrender inducing attempt with a series of serious accusations, ending in this line; then he proceeded to attack Wang's character and pride, eventually bringing out his most famous comeback line: I have never ever seen such a shameless person like you. Zhuge's denouncement was too much for Wang, who was 76 at the time, and it resulted in him blowing his vein and dying instantly on scene.
It turned out that the official Chinese translation of "rap" is 饶舌音乐 (lit. Wriggle tongue music). Netizens found this line from the Romance of the Three Kingdoms meme trend and put it on Kris Wu, dissing his rather puzzling noodle rap.
