This is a meme regarding a series of memetic spamposting mocking the hypocritical and arrogant behavior of Chinese actor Zhang Jinlai. Check translation note in previous post for a detailed story.
This line here is a reference to one of the Sixology quotes. Zhang reserves this quote for the "particularly offensive" titles, namely A Chinese Odyssey and Dragon Ball, openly demanding their creators and the portrayers of Sun Wukong apologize for their "crime".
Artistic liberty is not an excuse for misrepresentation, and adaptation is not an excuse for fabrication. You did this, and you are going to openly apologize to every single person in China!
Zhang didn't threaten to sue the creators of the two aforementioned titles as he doesn't hold the rights of Journey to the West, but he did threaten to sue every single Sixology Scholar, and sent lawyer's letters to several of the most active ones.
