This is a meme regarding a series of memetic spamposting mocking the hypocritical and arrogant behavior of Chinese actor Zhang Jinlai. Check translation note in previous post for a detailed story.
The Engrish text here is not the usual broken translation of Chinese text, it's referring to the memetic spamposting itself. Or Zhangposting, if you will. In Chinese, Zhangposting is known as Sixology(lit. the school of six). This is a term derived from Redology, and based on Zhang's more well-known stage name Liu Xiao Ling Tong (lit. Six year old child Jr.), which he adopted from his now deceased father Liu Ling Tong (lit. Six year old child). Therefore, the Zhangposters are known as the Sixology Scholars.
This one here is both a reference to Zhangposting / Sixology, and the Chinese internet slang 666.
