Ema phone strap
If nothing goes wrong, on May 5th at Hourai Gekisen (a Kantai-Collection-specific comics convention) (Table F-47), I'll be putting wooden ema phone straps up for sale! (300 Yen each.) Please use them as a lucky charm!...
An Ema is a pentagonal plank of wood with a painting on one side (usually of horses - the name comes from the word for "horse"), and a prayer on the other, left at Shinto shrines to entreat the gods with your wishes.
