This is my fan art for the long-awaited visual novel Katawa Shoujo by Four Leaf Studio.

Katawa Shoujo is the story of a boy named Hisao who suffered from arrhythmia and was brought to a school of disabled children. There the player can choose routes on who of the disabled classmates Hisao will befriend and eventually fall for.

In the artwork are the characters Hanako (burn victim), Lilly (blindness), Rin (no arms), Emi (no legs), Shizune (deaf and mute), and Misha (Shizune's interpreter).

I have not gone far into the story yet, but so far my favorite character is the protagonist Hisao as the prologue chapter definitely made him a sympathetic character.

Of note though is that the sex scenes can be turned on and off.
