1: I got the impression that Nemuno was so super-private that even first-person pronouns felt unnatural for her, and since there's a ribbon on her signature weapon, I figured she actually just likes cute things.
2: This version of Nemuno-san is open about her love of cute things.
The two are in different continuities.
