A meme originated from Jackie Chan Adventures. In the show, there was a Kung Fu move used by a minor villain called "Angry Crow Takes Flight", and some poorly skilled translator translated it literally as "Crow Takes Plane". This translation has became a laughing stock since.
When Fate/Apocrypha aired, Rider of black Astolfo soon gathers huge popularity among Chinese fans, and got himself a nickname "Ah Foo"(阿福). Some Jackie Chan Adventures veterans soon realized the previously mentioned minor villain Hak Foo shares the very same nickname (Although Hak Foo actually stands for "Black Tiger" and uses different Hanzi, but hey, as long as they pronounce the same, who cares?).
After some people photoshopped Astolfo's head on a screencap of Hak Foo launching his famous "Angry Crow Takes Flight" attack, this meme has since gone viral and permanently attached to Astolfo. Much like Z3 and her tentacle mine.
