Witch
Qualifying Conditions:
①Is a witch or a sorceress in identity, other races don't count
②Knows magecraft, and obtained mainly through learning. Hence many magical girls do not qualify.
③Anime as main media.
④If they wear a witch hat or is a popular character, then they may qualify even if they don't really qualify for the three conditions stated above.
⑤Only one character is available per series.
