My interpretation of the japanese Vogue Cover ("willow hand" by Emma Tempest)

The warm brown tones together with the atnique pink form the main color scheme of the painting and is enhanced by the cold indigo. the soft rendered skin harmonises with the bold dark shades of the turtle neck and the delicate lines of the glasses.
The girl radiates a sense of calm and shyness while giving the viewer a strong and determined look, which makes the appeal of this portrait.

This painting is part of a project I am working on which contains using watercolor in a specific way, so that looks like a digital artwork.
It requires a full control of using watercolors to ensure clean and delicate gradients as well as a a precise application of pencils for the details.
