香港の『Creative Paradise』という同人イベントですね。
金土日の3日間開催で、朝10時半から夜8時までやってる、ものっそいイベントでした。

香港も、おうちからコスプレしてきていいみたいで、会場付近のあちこちにいろんなキャラがいました。
地下鉄の駅でニャル子さんがなんかのキャラの帯直してたりしたよ！
東方キャラはスカーレット姉妹をひと組見たくらいでしたね。

This was a Hong Kong fanzine convention called Creative Paradise. It was an outrageous convention, running Friday-Sunday from 10:30 a.m.-8:00 p.m.

It seems it's okay in Hong Kong as well to cosplay straight from your home, as there was a wide variety of characters all over the place in the vicinity of the venue. There was even a Nyaruko-san fixing some character's sash in the subway! As for Touhou charactes, I saw maybe one set of Scarlet Sisters.
