A gruff firefighter who’s seen enough smoke and flames caused by accidents and pranks that she really can’t be bothered to respond quickly anymore–it seems like every weekend there’s some idiot who burns something. Mokou lives in a rather isolated area near the edge of the town, where she can enjoy the peace and quiet.

Keine is one of her few friends, and as such, Mokou comes to educate Keine’s students about fire safety whenever she asks.

In the past, her businessman father was caught in a scandal involving an affair with Kaguya, but while she played the victim to gain sympathy, he was left publicly scrutinized and humiliated. Mokou has never forgiven her for this and reacts with vitriol whenever she and Kaguya cross paths.
