This fake twitter post and the picture itself were both posted during Comiket 88. People in Japan will often update their account names on Twitter and other sites to signify where their booth is during an event. For example, "ヤマト@C88・2日目H65c" ("Yamato@C88・H65c on day 2"). Or, if they don't have a booth and are simply attending, they may put "一般参加" ("general participation").
