警察で監視カメラとかも見てもらったけどわからず、3時くらいまで待ったそうですが届け出もなかったそうですね。
タクシー番号を覚えてるか、領収書でも貰ってれば違ったんでしょうけどねという話でした。
というわけで、これの続きは間を開けてまたのちほど。

I don't know if the police let her look at surveillance footage or what, but I hear she was over there until 3:00 a.m. and there were no reports. From what I heard, if she'd remembered the taxi number or gotten a receipt, things probably would've been different. And so, we'll take a breather from this and continue it later.

It seems like the servants are stronger than the masters in my strips. :-)
