I didn't make it in time for Cat Day.
Cat Day is on 2/22 in Japan. This is due to the sound a cat makes being "nyan" (にゃん). If you put 3 nyan's together and use Japanese number play: 「にゃん」「にゃん」「にゃん」=> に に に => 2 2 2 => 2/22
For the title and the image itself, you can see the author changed the third Nyan to Myaa (みゃー). That's because he uploaded the post on 2/23 and "Mi" (み) can map to 3.
