このアフロの方は『ヘレポリスさん』といいまして、オランダから日本にやってきた人で、べつに東方キャラでもアニメキャラでもゲームキャラでもありません。
ダンスダンスレボリューションには似たようなキャラがいますが！(笑)

I was wondering what to do about my Reitaisai 9 story, since it looked to be nothing but gags of this sort, so I timed introducing it like this.

The person with the afro is "Helepolis-san", a man who came from the Netherlands to Japan, and isn't any Touhou character or anime character or game character in particular. Though there are some similar characters in Dance Dance Revolution! :-) For details, please read Warugaki-san's report manga, and I think you'll be able to understand.

That really is an incredible circle name, though! :-)
