U.N Owen Became a Cupcake
Pinkie Pie from My Little Pony - Frienship is Magic, dressed as Flandre Scarlet from the Touhou Project.
Seriously, I just had to go with the Pinkamena Diane Pie a.k.a Cupcakes Pinkie on this case. If you thought Queen Chrysalis was scary, then you obviously haven't met Pinkie Pie stricken with vampirism. She's also the only one of these Touhou crossover characters to stand on her hind legs, which is something I don't draw very often.
Like always, this was drawn with water soluble color pencils, and finished with white gel pen.
