Axis Santa
Under the Nazi regime in Germany there was some disagreement among the Kaiserliche Reichspost, RLM, SS and other organizations over the membership of Santa Claus, but in the end, an independent organization called the 'National Socialist Santa Claus Corps' (aka. NS-Samichlauskorps;NSSK) was created and Reichsführer-Santa took command.
Meanwhile, it was mandated that he participate in the 'Greater Japan Patriotic Santa Association' in Japan as well.
In the illustrations, Santa's hat came to be an SS field cap, which is presumed to be his appearance from 1943 onward.
(Part of this idea came from my friend, Kuwane.
For the Nazi Santa uniform, khaki would look more authentic, but I thought the SS style would be more recognizable.)
