Adding to pools is quite dangerous.
I clicked on the "Pool" link on a post page and it opened a small message box titled "Add to pool" with a text box and a button "Select".
I typed in "a" an pressed "Select" and it created pool #6647.
This really shouldn't happen. If I press a button "Select" (not "Create"), I expect it to either list all pools with "a" in their name or tell me that a pool "a" doesn't exist.
Actually, it would be nice if the textbox had auto-completion as I type in the pool name.
I see no easy way to remove specific images from pools. You can click on "Edit", but then you get list of post links and you must know the id of the post beforehand.
Another pool adding problem: if no pool name/number is specified, clicking "Select" will always add the post to pool:5235. Since this pool has no name, there'll be no indication on the post page that it is currently in this pool.
Also I'd prefer to stay in the same post page after adding to pool (old behaviour) instead of being directed to the pool page. Otherwise users will have to manually go back to post page to add translation, to add tags, to read comment and comment, etc.
Updated
Builder level.
- http://danbooru.donmai.us/wiki_pages?title=help%3Adtext is blank, so forgive any bad formatting.
- Subscriptions without thumbnails are useless IMO. The subscriptions do seem to work though if I click.
- Separation of tags... it's ok.
- Changing "Mode" does not change background colour; this will inevitably lead to frustration if one forgets what mode they're in.
- I made two test uploads, but I can't see them. This is weird because all my pending uploads from before the upgrade are there.
- DanbooruUp 0.4.0 -- uploading is not working correctly -- clicking Upload on a Pixiv image just takes me to http://danbooru.donmai.us/uploads/new but doesn't insert source image URL.
Auto-completion of tags still works in Search bar but not in tag box.
- Danbooru Translation Helper 1.0 -- not working at all.
- Danbooru Miscellaneous Tweaks 2012.11.12 -- not working at all.
Updated
Sad to say, even I'm having issues. The biggest one is the ability to stay logged on. Whenever I click anywhere else beside Posts, I automatically log out. And if I refresh the Posts link, it logs me out as well.
Did you check "Remember" on the login page?
http://danbooru.donmai.us/posts/1359972#.USE2anwgOj1
Date is still showing "5 days ago ago" on that page and I'm not sure what the post anchor in that URL means.
(also can't remember how to report that post's missing sample image)
Regarding blank Wiki entries.
Apparently, clicking on the question mark near the tag sometimes returns blank Wiki page.
It seems, now Wiki accepts numeric values instead of tag names. E.g., Touhou Wiki entry would be not
http://danbooru.donmai.us/wiki_pages?title=touhou
but
http://danbooru.donmai.us/wiki_pages/11
Although, in case of Touhou there is automatic redirect to correct Wiki page, many other links seem to return blank entries. WTF?
Also, before this "upgrade" I could access tag listing and search directly from any page, whereas now I have to click More» -> Tags Listing -> Search.

For priv and above, deleted posts should have their associated images continue to appear. That's before the upgrade. Not anymore. For those who are wondering, check your deleted posts.
What do you mean by this? Deleted posts should be visible to you. Can you point to an example?
Plus and minus signs do not appear beside the tags anymore. Anyone notice this? On a related note, members made a post their favorite do not appear anymore.
These are still present, but are hidden in contexts where they don't make sense. When you search a tag they will appear again.
Searching for user:reese rating:s returns no results. Is this intentional?
*EDIT*
This search works now.
