I can't even see the affected image's post number anymore (nor can I find it anywhere else on the internet), but is https://danbooru.donmai.us/posts?tags=skyape+fav%3AParanoidNEET really considered loli? I can't view the image anymore, but back when it wasn't restricted to Gold accounts, I clearly remember being unsure of the subject's gender and thinking that the image was SFW.

Yes, it’s loli and a basically naked child is definitely not SFW.
