I'd say the second one is even dangerously close to the unnatural body proportions variant of Grotesque in the TOS. Either way, not something I'd approve.

On the contrary, I think the fact that hase_yu's works don't make it through the queue is a good thing and would like it to stay that way. They suck.

I find his stuff extremely hit or miss, personally. I approve some of it but pass over the majority.

It's on here twice, in fact, and wasn't approved either time. Work a little harder to find it yourself if you want to appeal it, not that it's really worth it.
