Any feedback on these?

post #3161985 - Pose and perspective are very weird. It seems like the artist wanted to cram as much ass and tits as possible into the image and also show her face, neglecting to think about how all that might actually be connected.
post #3150066 - Looks pretty bland and not very interesting. I guess it didn’t appeal to anyone.

post #2745603 - The style looks pretty western and it’s not of an anime-styled copyright either. Many approvers don’t like WW art (western style, western copyright/OC). This is an anime-style image board after all.

It's an anime style. Perhaps "western"-influenced but most definitely anime-influenced. And to say that it's not of an anime IP and that originals don't count is just irrelevant, if it's of a western IP is the only context that W has relevance. You many notice, the artist of the picture in question has over a hundred active posts of the same style, many of which are original pieces.

I do understand some moderators don't want to clog the board with lower quality dupes and won't approve a Twitter post if a Pixiv duplicate is uploaded.

But the Twitter posts are often uploaded in good faith only to have a another uploader spot and post the Pixiv version that came out a half hour later often using the keywords from the Twitter upload that others put work into for good tagging.

The Twitter poster's work is down the drain when deleted, and the upload quota is reduced as a penalty.

In that case there could be a policy that could waive the upload penalty where the Twitter post was uploaded before the Pixiv one provided the moderator pool did not want the twitter upload.

I really have little patience for this. Typically uploaders don't even check the artist wiki for other profiles which may have the image in better quality. If they upload a poorer one and then it get's parented by the better, well sorry. And also if an artist uploads a pic to Twitter and then Pixiv a day later, they typically have a pattern of this.

I will approve Twitter posts if the artist doesn't typically post right to Pixiv as a grace and discuss with a user some patterns that can help their ratio and things to look for. I've been hit with this before early on, I don't think it's an even minor concern.

No idea why these weren't approved. Quality looks fine to me

The marker one looks fine, but not fantastic - probably just got looked over. I would have approved it.

post #3162743 the blonde's head connects to the neck oddly. The proportion of eye to head is a bit more unsettling than usual for anime-style. It's not particularly flawed, but there is nothing to make it stand out either.

Updated

I uploaded this Happy Sugar Life character post #3173408 and the deletion note said "It has been reviewed by 11 moderators. 11 did not like the post enough to approve it.".

I respect their decisions and would like learn what they didn't like for future reference. In this case was it the art itself or did they prefer the pic's Twitter upload over the Pixiv one?

I uploaded the first two images in the series as a way to gauge reception over a favourite artist's works, and since the first two were approved, I thought it would be okay to proceed with uploading entries on the series as they get uploaded on the artist's social media accounts. However, this one in particular was not approved, and now I've been wondering if there's something wrong with the image. I'm certain that the image's quality, being consistent with the others that have been approved already, passes Danbooru's standards, but there might be some things, some details that I've missed. Or maybe the fact that seven out of my nine measly uploads have been works of the same artist itself is problematic.

I would like to receive honest feedback on this post before I do anything else (or drop the matter completely).

I think the group mods checking on that is different than the group on the previous uploads.
