alias tag: "rearing" -> "on hind legs"

To let people know who aren't familiar with the tags: Both of these tags are for non-humanoid characters (usually four-legged) standing on their hind legs. So, aside with the tags meaning the same thing, here's my reasoning for preferring on hind legs over rearing:

• Easier to remember.

• Broader and better. "Rearing" is used on horses more often than any other animal, and it usually refers to a short duration of movement.

Take meerkats and kangaroos for example. They can technically 'rear', but in their case it's called a 'tripod stance'.
Having "on hind legs" would work as a catch-all term.

Rearing implies a temporary change in stance from a quadrupedal animal. "On hind legs" describes, as you mentioned, animals like kangaroos, squirrels, and even Pikachu, which are perfectly content (and often depicted) resting and/or moving on their hind legs. I don't have much interest in searching for rearing, but if I did then I wouldn't be happy having to sift through mounds of this just to find this.

The point is I shouldn't have to. This tag does not need to be pointlessly changed so that I'd need to sift through thousands of posts to find what it was originally for, especially when on_hind_legs is the default depiction for a number of quadrupedal animals/creatures.

Gotta agree, on hind legs already has some questionable results. We should turn it around. We don't want a tag that's just going to become standing + furry. on hind legs is already filled with things like post #6548424 and post #7801220 that are completely useless for searching purposes - those characters are always on their hind legs.

Some cleanup is required before this alias can be approved.
