rearing

A horse or other four-legged animal standing on its hind legs. May also apply to taurs.

Please be careful to not confuse with furry - if it has humanoid shoulders, it's not rearing. Animals and humanoids have different body structures. Animals that are naturally bipedal are also not rearing.
