Imply Goatee to Beard

BUR #21692 has been rejected.

create implication goatee -> beard

Potentially controversial BUR, but a goatee is a type of beard and they can be rather thick. I see no reason why something like post #6801883 shouldn't also have the beard tag.

If every form of facial hair implies beard, then the only difference between facial hair and beard will be that facial hair includes mustaches.

Yeah that's exactly what I pointed out in my topic #25424.
But that mustache difference is significant enough to warrant keeping both tags according to the votes on there.

There are already posts under both tied beard and braided beard that are not full beards but a goatee (post #5570491, post #6779687). I think we can't avoid not calling goatees beards considering all that (unless we want to create long goatee etc for every beard variant which does not sound like fun).
So I'm in favor of the implication now that we have full beard, unlike my stance in topic #18110
