It's extremely useful, however. Particularly as source:http... -artist_name, but also many other purposes. I wouldn't think such searches are hugely common enough to cause a problem, but then again that's a completely uneducated guess on my part.

And yeah Find Artist is absolutely critical, but it seems to be back already so it seems like a temporary disappearance.

The auto-find artist search when using the bookmarklet still works, so it's just a matter of the button mysteriously vanishing.

It seems all the artist functions disappeared: the link in the nav bar, in the "more" section, the artist wiki links in the tag listing. They all seem to work though if you happen to remember what their URL's were. Are these features being phased out or revamped?

I'm curious too why the artist wiki isn't directly accessible anymore (even though it's still there apparently: http://danbooru.donmai.us/artist ). Hopefully it's not being phased out, as there is a lot of useful information there that would be lost and the "Find Artist" feature depends on it.

As I check currently, I can't find "Find Artist" anywhere. Did it reappear and then disappear again?

"Find Artist" is still gone for me, and I haven't done any tweaking to my Internet browser either.

Oddly enough, it's still on Safebooru. So, use it there for the time being, I guess?

Hmm, I might have just gotten a cached page when I refreshed and checked this morning. It's not there for me now.

Issue with artists should be fixed.

Looks like it's back to normal as far as Find Artist and artist wiki links are concerned, but "Artists" is still missing on the menu at the top.

Major goal for 1.17 will be better Pixiv integration.

When I try search users with any level ordered by number of posts, I get a Failbooru message: "the database timed out".

I get the same thing.

Per user post count isn't cached anywhere so it's going to be a slow query.
