What are the foods in the picture called?

The one she's holding in some type of old-fashioned doughnut.
The triangular ones on the left and right are called kurido (ใใใ) / "chestnut donuts". They were limited edition donuts from Mister Donut that were only sold in autumn 2024.
Below those are two different types of pon de ring, which were part of the same limited event.
Is there a tag for this leg/foot position?

What do you call this kind of coloring ? I've read tag group:colors and shadow but I cannot find something accurate to depict it
