Not really a sport, but I’d go with harness, suspension_bridge, and outdoors. If this has a specific activity outside of walking over a suspension bridge over a forest.
I temporarily created the tag clitoral_circular_saw (yeah I know) for this kind of weird tentacle/tool, which really can't be described with any other name that I can think of. Does anyone know if we already have a tag for it, if it has an actual name outside of danbooru, or if we have more posts of it? It's pretty much impossible to search for it.
