I think it's called a turtleneck swimsuit for having neck coverage like that, but there doesn't appear to be a tag for it.

I think it's twintails folding into (2)rings but we couldn't see clearly where the hair locks start so hair rings is enough. There's toeless legwear tag; bracer on her wrist and yep it's an anklet, bonus with no shoes & full body.

What's the tag for blowing into a bottle like it's an instrument like in post #3171575?
