/sh should be an alias to short_hair, not Haruhi.

suzumiya_haruhi is longer, though (and thus will likely take longer to type). Isn't that the point of the shortcuts? Not that I ever really remember/use them anyway...

...You're right. I guess I just found it strange that /lh is aliased to long_hair but /sh isn't aliased to short_hair.

When I was looking for the name of that activity I had to use Wikipedia to find out the name only to find that it had no other posts under that weird tag name. I'm thankful to whoever suggested that alias.
Btw konata -> izumi_konata has to be deleted.
Updated
If you don't know what a tag is for then you use the wiki, you don't have to immediately know what the tag means just by looking at it. Even if there isn't a wiki for it, it isn't usually hard to tell what the tag is for when looking at the posts tagged with it.
Additionally since there are alias such as
pussy_lick -> cunnilingus
blowjob -> fellatio
it would say to me that the correct order should be thigh_sex -> intercrural
Tags related to nurses are currently a mess:
nurse
nurse_uniform
nurse_outfit
nurse_cap
nurse_hat
so, I'll suggest:
nurse_outfit -> nurse_uniform
nurse_hat -> nurse_cap?
I have no idea what to do with the "nurse" tag. That's the most-used tag, but it's pretty vague and could be easily replaced with "nurse_uniform" on plenty of images.
We also have maid instead of maid_uniform which I've always found very odd.

It's shorter, and distinguishing the edge cases (girls who aren't *really* maids but wearing maid uniforms, or maid uniforms without girls in them, etc.) aren't particularly important. I think the same reasoning applies to nurse.
I notice that someone added implications for knee_boots -> kneehighs to match the implication for thigh_boots -> thighhighs. However, unlike "thighhighs", "kneehighs" also has an implication to "socks", though, which doesn't really belong on an image that just has boots in my mind. Two things I'm thinking about here that need opinions...
1) Should "socks" just be used for shorter length socks that are neither thighhighs or kneehighs? If thighhighs doesn't imply socks, then I don't think kneehighs should either.
2) Should "thighhighs" and "kneehighs" refer to both socks and boots, as the current implications have it, or just to socks?
Suggesting the removal of some aliases:
miko -> japanese clothing
The best counter-argument, I think, is Hakurei Reimu. She is a miko, but does not wear Japanese clothing.
Besides, a pic of a character who is known to be a miko might be tagged as such even if she's naked. The current wiki entry for miko does not discourage this.
bikini top -> bikini -> swimsuit
bikini bottom -> bikini -> swimsuit
There are a couple of issues here. A girl wearing a bikini top and jeans is not wearing a bikini and definitely not a swimsuit.
Swimsuit implies a function, that's why there's the term leotard. A leotard may look like a swimsuit, but it has a different function. Bikini does not necessarily imply a function, and bikini top or bikini bottom not at all.
These aliases can really be a nuisance with game characters. Athena's costume (in the original arcade game) for example can not be described as anything else than a bikini, but it's not a swimsuit. And you'll find most pics of the DQ3 senshi or Manya from DQ4 under swimsuit as well though they don't belong there.
I'm not sure about maid/maid_uniform and nurse/nurse_uniform. Adding uniform is technically more correct but this is just arguing semantics.
I will approve the nurse_hat -> nurse_cap alias if I see it.
I've been tagging nude+headdress images as maid but I'll just tag these as headdress going forward.
I've deleted the knee_boots -> kneehighs implication.
The justification for thighighs <> socks is weak I admit, but I consider them to be separate fetishes and not especially related. You can do non-kneehigh sock searches by negating kneehighs.
As for thighhighs and boots, there are plenty of images where the distinction is nebulous (happens often in fantasy images) so I'm content with the way things are now.
Reimu is a miko yes but she doesn't really wear traditional miko garb (red hakama, white kimono shirt).
I've deleted the bikini_top and bikini_bottom implications.
Plural is standard but not consistently enforced.
