I've moved all instances of ice tea to iced tea because that's what I would've called it if you asked me before I changed it, and if you search "ice tea" in Wikipedia, it redirects to "Iced Tea". I've already moved the wiki to iced tea.

Instead of a new wiki page for copyright name, I've renamed title drop's wiki page (to preserve its history) and moved the new one to copyright name (renamed). It has the same content that copyright name currently does.
