Posting their profile should be enough. Then a mod can assess and judge for themselves whilst others help with tagging (unless you plan to do all 20 pages yourself).
Oh, I was more generally searching source:pixiv/* arttags:0 to help with tagging and just noticed that certain uploaders popped up quite a few times. There are others that also have 10+ pages of uploads not tagged with an artist, but here's the one that had the 20.

The artist of post #1409619 is Taiwanese. At first I had no idea how to romanize his name but then I noticed "yaguo" was written on the boxes in the picture, which looks to match up with the Pinyin pronounciation of 亞果. Can I just get a confirmation of this from someone who actually knows Chinese?

itori (artist) can be renamed to itori_(iroti).

The previous sakura_itsuki already moved to sakurabana_itsuki. However, the new artist should be tagged as sakura_itsuki_(aoiro) to avoid confusion. (あおいろ is the artist's old nickname.)

artist name is フチ (fuchi). i did a search for *fuchi* on the tags list and it doesn't look like any of the artists match the artstyle.
