It looks like his name is kiyomasa ren going from the nickname (清正廉)

ハイトモニカ is the artist's website name. It has two spellings, haitomonica and haitmonica, and the artist once said "ハイトモニカ has no actual meaning."
I think tetra_(mead) is better.

The artist's other name is 今井美紀/イマイミキ (imai_miki), but it is not often used now.

Google gives me Imo-ya-tei, which roughly translates to The potato shop pavillion. Not sure if he already has a tag here and if not, what I should call him for simplicity's sake.

According to the artist's blog, his main nickname is 芋屋亭 (いもやてい, imoyatei).
