Whoopty-doo you linked a search for the word translate. I see some translator happened to hit up the translation_request tag shortly after someone asked about a translation in a handful of cases and a bunch of comments thanking translators for translations.
Translation bumps only made sense in 2008 when there were literally 5 comments a day, if even a week, and translators could actually watch the comment page for things requesting to be translated. Now there are at least 5 comments a minute and no translator reads the comments for things to translate. I wasn't being smart, I was being 100% serious.
I'm sure that ban was for multi abuse and not the comments, multi abuse is a completely legitimate reason for a ban.

So you object to punishing repeated translation request bumps by claiming that Danbooru treats translators as slaves anyway? And on top of that you're a registered and active user in what you describe as an "art stealing site" and an "artwork thief dwelling"? Riiiiiiiiiiight.
Translation bumps have never had any effect on what I translate. There are dozens of new translation_request posts added every day, to say nothing of the backlog; I pick what I like, and I can't imagine anyone doing it any differently.
If I were going to take other people's interest into account, though, it would be people who I know and like, or at the very least people posting with their usual pseudonym, not some random asshole who spent 10 seconds to jump on an alt and make an absolutely content-free post.

registered and active for a week, only for trolling. just seeing people linking to this site, felt like to check it out. that was a wrong choice. all i see are pathetic weeaboos posting artworks drawn by others and claiming that they do respect the artist

I have his tag edits page open in a tab refreshing every 10 minutes or so to quickly go clean up behind him. Already sent a PM to a few people about him, just waiting for something to happen.
there's a rather questionable tag edits of a recent member removing artists of several posts . i can't verify if this is vandal as some posts don't have sources. requesting assistance. thanks.
EDIT: ok, thanks. i'm hesitant to issue a record because the user is also adding relevant tags. i can't read the kanjis (too lazy) and am unfamiliar with the series, so i leave the rest to higher authorities.
