I've looked on the website for a name but it's a bit confusing. In the 'about' section it says 'AnZ = YAM'. I'm not sure what that means, but i did find that it says 'Admin : AnZ'. I'm thinking that we should go with anz_(starry_sky), but i just wanted to double check.

The artist has two websites : VOCALOID site, "Starry Rose (under construction)" and Inazuma Eleven site,"Starry Sky."
So, I think anz_(starry) is most appropriate.

There are no very good options, so use name + account even though they're the same thign: shouyu_(sho-yu).

たぬき庵 = tanuki_an. A doujin circle of 2 artist 零時 (main artist) and 相方 (outline, draft). Since they always work together it's fine to tag as such.

Use qualifiers based on the pixiv account name in the URL (or personal website name if there is one and you can determine it).
In this case twitter notes the circle name is KINA娘MIX or kinako_mix, so that will be the qualifier.
kina_(kinako_mix). Moved the image under kina2_(artist) to that.
