I fear that the only option is using the ugly Pixiv directory name as a qualifier: coco_(119267104).

Don't do this. Just because the only one currently here doesn't have a pixiv doesn't mean another artist of the same name isn't going to pop up on pixiv in the future, at that point they will have to be moved around anyways.

最中 = "monaka" according to this logo on their website, and since monaka is already an artist tag, we'll append the circle name "めんつきどう" to make this one be monaka_(mentsukidou)
