First of several BURs to remove "mode" as some of you wanted, with Gotland's distinguished by year in line with Mikuma and Gotland's swimsuits and Richelieu's Mitsukoshi outfits as well as for easier recall.
Went with aliases instead of renames since these are already implicated. Just hoping the current implications will still apply using new aliases so future BURs to purge "mode" will go this same route, especially the swimsuits.

Renames via BUR would still work post-implication (like what I did with Angelic Nurse for Unicorn a while back), as long as the tag to be renamed doesn't exceed 200 posts. IMHO we don't want to bloat a tag's aliases after repeated name changes (like what happened with The Herta when we aliased "Unknowable Domain Highlights Page" and then "Unknowable Domain" to it before her real screen name was revealed).

Changed BUR then to reflect as you said except for Gotland's 2020 one (with 267 posts).

New rename BUR, deciding to put the ones tagged "haregi" into the New Year umbrella for consistency. Also added several with the word "mode" on the tag.
During this search, I encountered several unimplicated haregi, tags of which are renamed and added to the new unimplicated costumes BUR currently still pending.
Decided also to merge Zuihou's haregi posts into a single tag since she wears the same colored kimono (red) with slightly different floral designs that one may not be able to distinguish right away.
