@MaskedAvenger Why does Shigure Kai Ni (Christmas) imply Shigure Kai Ni? Other outfits like Shigure Kai Ni (Swimsuit) imply the base form, not the kai form.

Exclusive to Kai Ni and I haven't seen base Shigure in a similar get-up as the swimsuit one has in two instances as already mentioned in this thread. In fact some costumes are exclusive to the remodelled form.
To be frank, the Shiratsuyu class (the one Ichiso ones) are a finicky bunch due to their changing hairstyles and eye colors when they remodel as compared to many others who only have clothing changes, so it's somewhat challenging to pinpoint where the implication would go.

If you want your BURs approved quickly, make them easy to approve. All characters should have example images of all their outfits listed in their wikis. If you make me do this for you, expect to wait.
It's very time consuming for me to go through all these tags individually and realize we have things like Asahi (Christmas Dress) and Asahi (Christmas Mode), with zero explanation of the difference between them, so I have to figure out the difference myself.

Most if not all outfits for remodels should imply the base tag, not the remodel. There are too many cases where the only difference between the base form and the remodel is some slight change in the hairstyle or outfit, which isn't even present in the remodel's outfits.
Like the only difference between Kinugasa's base form and her Kai Ni form is her hairstyle, but her Kai Ni outfits don't even have the same hairstyle.

Well, there are several base character wikis that have been edited to include the official alternate costumes. I might start with costumes listed in those wikis then that aren't officially tagged yet.
