Fallout alias

BUR #35295 has been rejected.

create alias fallout -> fallout_(series)

Given we have a tag for radiation, and I can't imagine fallout being a tag on it's own for the purposes of it's secondary use- I think it'd make the most sense to alias it to what people on danbooru, or any booru, would intend to find.

create alias fallout_(series) -> fallout

Reverse.

We should avoid (series) qualifiers unless they're necessary to differentiate something within the series. People generally aren't going to confuse Fallout the series with Fallout 1.
