You type the tag in in the edit tag window. It should be created when you hit submit.

That being said however, what would the be the name of this potential tag?

I think too many watermarks is as specific as we can make it. We did have one called "repost notice" or something like that for these specific kinds of watermarks, but it was decided it would be better not to have a specific tag for them if I remember correctly.
