I'd say they are borderline. I'd probably also err on the side of "questionable" myself for safety's sake, mostly due to the innuendo of two nude lovers embracing.

Help on post #567532. I had rated it safe, since the child is male, but I question the trap tag, as well as the questionable rating.
I would have dismissed it as a random person doing it, but the person is a test janitor, and thus carries at least some weight (or is trying to), so I brought it up here.
It might be a little boy, but to me that looks like a little girl. I think the trap tag is needed in that instance.
The questionable rating probably stems from the same reasoning. If I was casually browsing Safebooru, I don't think a topless little girl is something I would want to see, even if it wasn't really a topless little girl. It's probably just being cautious, but I personally think it should stay that way.

I might think explicit on that one. She is grabbing her partially exposed breast, and there seems to be implied masturbation based on where her other hand is, but since no genitals can be seen, i'd say questionable.
Apologies for digging this thread back up again, but I'd like to hear someone else's opinion on post #616637. Personally, I thought it was questionable, but looking at the comments it seems people don't agree with me.
Questionable. Even if it were sans chocolate and full-frontal nudity, it would still be questionable if we go by Hazuki's guidelines earlier in the thread.
Also, it was agreed that post #554405 is questionable as well, correct? It's almost an edit war with the constant changing back and forth.

I think the "edit war" (from both post #616637 and post #554405) is stemming from howto:rate, where it states exposed genitals fall under explicit. It should probably be revised or clarified there.
Though most forum-reading members have adapted to the new guidelines, everyone else still relies on the howto pages. As Algasir said, howto:rate probably needs some clarification regarding questionable/explicit genitalia.
If you wouldn't mind Hazuki, could you be the one to clarify this? You've more or less created the new policy, and you're one of the better wordsmiths on Danbooru as well.
