toned male already implies it.

Is there any reason both of these were auto rejected? Muscular_female already implies muscular, why shouldn't toned_female imply toned?

Yes, which means someone saw something wrong with it or ignored it. I'm wondering what was wrong enough to pass this by when I see it as a simple no-brainer implication.
