Reference is an AI image not a photo, so should be ai-assisted not photo-referenced.
Those should be tagged ai-generated art (topic). AI wasn't involved in the drawing process, so it shouldn't be tagged ai-assisted.
Maybe it should be tagged as derivative work instead of photo-referenced, but I don't know.
Are these 5 posts from katosh ai-assisted? @Nyaivie what did you notice in these posts to add the tag, but not to katosh's other works?
Edit: Including the post numbers too in case the tags change.

sorry i dont use this site much other than for art browsing, if im responding the wrong way please let me know!
i am the artist nyaivie (username on twitter,) and i thought some of their works were suspicious, so i had a direct conversation with them where they admit to using it for these works, to me. i have dms for proof with them, if i need to post them somehow!
As far as i understand it, they are a real artist, who admitted to "feeling the urge to go to the darkside" for some works. They do draw, they just decided to use ai for these works!

Interesting, yeah seeing the DMs would be great if possible. You can upload it to Imgur or some other image host and link them here. You can upload them to Danbooru too, but not post them and link their "media asset" instead. Though that'd take a little getting used to so you can do the former.

This artist lists using StableDiffusion as one of their means of image production in their pixiv profile. While they don't tag any of their Pixiv images as being AI Generated/Assisted, the fact they outright admit to using StableDiffusion is suspect.
And maybe this is just a me thing, but the face on this image in particular looks extremely off compared to other images they've produced.

Ear fluff in both looks weird at best, plus no reason to believe these random two posts in the middle of their gallery are legit, when everything else they post is extremely blatant AI.

This artist is a bit suspect, 300+ drawings in a year (based on total twitter output).
On the other hand their style is very simplistic (easy to draw) and I see no obvious AI signs on a few characters I am familiar with.

Putting out lots of art doesn't necessarily make someone suspect - matsunaga kouyou has put out 1 completely unique work per day every day since 1st April 2010 for instance, and generally in a far less simplistic style.
