Many of these felt so unjustified and more onto approvers don't care much about approving something that are actually good.

Looking at what have been deleted so far ( that got uploaded by various members), I don't think those were unapproved because of quality. Even if the guide tells us to assume it to be quality issue, many of those really don't feel that way. Is Danbooru an art museum or a site to focus on archiving good artworks?

Haha, I even saw a lot of Ai works are allowed to enter this website.
But works by different artists with a wide range of personal styles were rejected.
I believe that the auditors here prefer high-quality Ai works.
People use danbooru's data to produce AI models, and then someone else uses that model to make works that are uploaded to danbooru. It's a funny cycle.
So the Ai work is almost tailor-made for the auditors at danbooru.

As long as the AI helps you upload the work to add this sentence, it can be entered into this website!

If you have a genuine list of posts that are ai-generated please provide it. They are against the rules. I and others will flag posts that are genuinely ai-generated.
