Eeek, no, we really don't want to have an artist called just "hentai".

That was an afterthought I had and just threw it in there. I didn't really believe it would be the new tag for that artist.

Just went with hentai_(1985) since that's the name in the URL. It's another silly number, but it's a very easy to remember number and is based on something we use a lot. Not really any great choices available for this one though.

Went with saya_(sayaya) for the first and what you suggested for the latter.

Website and pixiv both say きざきしん.

rin_(pixiv142032) -> rinsan_(nametake)
Full name given on website and twitter is 燐酸, but rinsan is already an artist tag, so "nametake" from the name and URL of their website.

enraku_(pixiv) -> twotenkaku, tsutenkaku, tsuutenkaaku or something like that... website URL is http://twotenkaku.hp.infoseek.co.jp , and website says つうてんカークと読む。(The reading is つうてんカーク)

That'd be tsuutenkaaku. "Twotenkaku" makes me want to stab someone with a toothpick.

I rather think it should be "two" tenkaku. "Tsuu" is how they spell it in kana, after all, and there you've got the URL to support it.

But why's it in hiragana then?

Because it's a pun. The kanji 通天☆描 appears on the about page. Though the pronunciation つうてんカーク given further complicates things...

I would swear it's an obscure way to say "twenty-sided," but under the circumstances, I have no idea.

A little redundant perhaps but I went with kai_(kai_013). I like to maintain personal name and pixiv account in full where it wouldn't be too ridiculous. Same as kazuki above.

I'll look at the controversial one later, time to go to sleep now.

I figure it's either twotenkaku to go with the author's own suggested English spelling, or tsuutenkaaku to go with the reading he gives for the kanji (the first one looks better to me but either is fine).
