Unfortunately the wiki isn't entirely accurate in a rare few cases; the Version 2.2.1 grandfathered bikini outfits are one such case. Check asset #23057077 to see it equipped on Murata Himeko (Blood Rose) (PSY Fire = Blood Rose, the only one of her battlesuits matching this case). It should be implied directly to Murata Himeko.
Another example where this is wrong is Raiden Mei (Vast Ocean) saying it can only be applied on Raiden Mei (Crimson Impulse) when it can actually be applied on all old Raiden Mei battlesuits, commonly Raiden Mei (Lightning Empress) if you check Memorial Arena brackets as a player. See asset #23057097 (MECH Physical = Shadow Dash, her only MECH-type battlesuit).
