You still have a day, don't be impatient. Trust me, sometimes a post or appeal gets approved in the last minute, almost literally.

There isn't. Posts are only permanently deleted when it's absolutely necessary. You won't run out of space with your uploads, and even if you tried appealing them already, there's always a chance another user will appeal them or an approver or higher will decide they like it enough to approve it.
