Fixing SVT-40 rifle implication

BUR #27485 has been rejected.

remove implication svt-40 -> battle_rifle
create implication svt-40 -> rifle

The term battle rifle is contemporarily used to classify full-power rifles capable of fully automatic fire. SVT-40's fire mode is only semi-auto. That one capable of full-auto is the AVS-36.
For the same reason its German counterpart only imply rifle.
