These are just redraws of a scene from Shikanoko Nokonoko Koshitantan's opening animation, and I imagine that there won't be much else in the shikairo days tag either way.

The full animation has been released with an accompanying song called 「それゆけ元ヤンこしたん」 (loosely translated: Go for it, former Yankee!)
The shikairo days earworm song itself isn't featured in it and is a complete seperate thing now, so the tag shikairo_days_dance_(meme) needs to be renamed.
I don't want to use Google Translate to create this tag, so if someone with more Japan-fu could chip in, please do.

I think with both BUR #28448 and BUR #27125 being both approved, as well as the brief touching of the topic in topic #28085, we probably need to have a discussion about what we want as a qualified meme. It seems chaotic and based on the whims of whoever makes a BUR or bothers to garden a tag into existence. Tagging based on what is essentially a vibe_check feels odd.
If we don't want single panel/scene references out of meme, that Flanders BUR shouldn't have passed. anya's_heh_face_(meme) and oh?_you're_approaching_me?_(meme) would have to be de-memed while menacing_(jojo) would need to be memed.

My criteria so far has been whether something is a template/redraw or an actual visible element rather than a generic reference. stupid_sexy_flanders_(meme) references a specific frame (post #7226908, post #910781), while frieren blowing a kiss has a bunch of different things like post #7829716, post #7886069 or post #7761120 that reference the scene but don't directly redraw it, and would be really hard to justify having a meme tag slapped on it.
